


There's a HUD setup - I don't know how to get to it on console controllers, but on PC you just hit ESC, select the HUD Layout link and then drag the outlined pieces around. If you want to deactivate a piece (such as an extra hotbar, etc) just right click that section (same with turning on a piece)

Aside from the obvious that is moving objects to places you want, you can right click objects to turn them off. They'll change colour in the HUD layout section and no longer be in view.
The only other setting I think he's done was to hide unassigned hotbar slots, which is available from Character Configuration > Hotbar Settings.
