Can we get an update on Steam pre-orders for Heavensward?

Does it matter? SE can say.. we are working with valve, its mid process. And ppl will still be impatient and thinking they are going to get left out. It was the same with PSN, there is a process for adding items to PSN, they told people this, and they were still freaking out because they couldnt preorder 3 months in advance.

But, let me ask, since Im not a steam user. Its just the client you have right? you still go through mog station like everyone else? Why cant steam users preorder any physical copy, get the early access code, apply it through mog station, then apply the registration code from the physical copy when they receive it through mog station or steam itself?(there is a place to register non steam purchases in the bottom left of the steam client) Steam will update your client with HW content regardless, all you need is early access code applied to your account to use it. Then the final registration code before the 27th or w/e early access ends. Does anyone know if this works?
