    I just wish there was a way to convert my steam account to a regular PC account. I'm tired of dealing with steam honestly.

    I cant tell you for sure, but I think your SE account is not tied to steam.
    A way to "convert" is buy FF14:ARR again (but this time, from SE/PSN store) and upgrade to HW.
    Your chars will still be there.

    At least, this is how I understand all this STEAM/PSN mess.

    my understanding is that it will be a seperate account entirely. I've tried to register a SE store code on my steam game account (via mogstation) and it gives a "code invalid" message.
