    It has nothing to do with Recipes but it makes it easier to make those recipes? You just answered your own question.
    some people won't be able to make their higher level recipes as easy as it was. Which is a good thing I guess.

    Only time will tell ESPECIALLY since the materia system is coming soon.

    No.

    Subclasses are helping with the Results, which is different to change the Recipe itself.

    agreed taking subclasses out of synths is like taking the ability to use ability's of other clases out of DoW
