For WHM,

MP should be less of an issue in 3.0, assuming oGCD skills like in 2.X, does not cost any MP.
This basically means rather than 1 0 MP heal (Benediction), WHMs are getting Assize, Asylum, and Tetrasomethingtron - 3 additional oGCD 0 MP cost healing spells.

My main concern is whether WHM's new shiny DPS skills are any viable in raid content due to the accuracy barrier.
