    Just got my first pony ever last night (Leviathan Ex). DF attempts were utter failures or at least 3+ wipes per clear. Made a PF with the help of a few wonderful folks from a LS I'm in, we got it done probably 15 or so times and only wiped once. Had a blast, most people got ponies early on until Leviathan started being stingy towards the end of the party.

    So unless this party was an exception to the usual, no, most PF groups down it. Our PF wasn't even the typical "know the fight or be kicked" type, and we still walked all over Levi.

    Edit: And just to be clear, we had 4 LS people in the party (including myself). So half of the other people were pickups from PF.

    Yeah...if you don't have any luck with DF (like me), it can't hurt to try PF. Good luck on your pony though! I love ocean themed things <3
