    Can we discuss the video in general here as well? Because I think we're about to have a Halo 3 moment here;

Anyone else get the feeling that the Allag had an automated system in place to replace Halo Rin.... Dalamud? I mean something big, round, and Allagan is being put together there... Can't quite make out what is inside, but they did say they were going to go into the Bahamut/Dalamud backstory...

Would it be insane to suggest that not all the Meracydia dragons were on board Dalamud? Some could have been kept in cold storage in case they needed to resummon Bahamut into a new Dalamud...

Can't really think of a better place to delve into Bahamuts story than the construction yard he was imprisoned in, perhaps while he is being imprisoned again...

Perhaps this is a prototype device. The thing inside does not look like Bahamut at all. Maybe the Ixal dragon? I always wondered why those birds had horns..

Okay then. that's what I'll do. I'll tell you a story. Can you hear them? All these people who lived in terror of you and your judgement. All these people who's ancestors devoted themselves to you, sacrificed themselves to you. Can you hear them singing?

Well, if it's a new Dalamud and not just some fancy Allagan Tanning Sphere, or Giant ADS, Bahamut might not look like Bahamut yet. The wreckage of the old Dalamud was building Bahamut back up from the remains of his head/heart, a new one could place him inside in the exact same manner, it doesn't look like him yet because his head/limbs haven't been "constructed" yet.

Earlier in the video we also saw a few glimpses of some vats similar to the ones seen in Second/Final Coil. Whether those are bioweapons or Meracydia captives I can't really tell, but given Bahamut is meant to come up again my money is on Meracydia captives with the structure being Dalamud 2.0, we even see the Warrior of Light confronting two Ascians in an Allagan structure (whether it's the same as this one IDK, there seem to be two) and I wouldn't put it past them to go "Hey, Bahamut was really effective, lets do that again!".

Is there any indication that Alexander was around during Allagan times? All we seem to know so far is that he is the Goblins Primal (and oddly not cheese related), they didn't even describe him as an Elder Primal IIRC.

They actually haven't explained what's going on Alexander, up to and including the Goblin connection - at the NA fanfest, where Alexander was introduced, they said that goblins were responsible for him appearing. They specifically avoided wording or even a query about whether he was "the goblin primal". It seems very likely that Alexander's activation may be an accident.

Anyway, it's (intentionally) difficult to tell, but in the various videos it seems like there's been several Allagan facilities teased. One of them seems to be a flying fortress of some sort, and I think it's entirely possible another is the containment facility for Omega - if you want my bet, the thing in that sphere is Omega, and what we're seeing is simply the partially-undone storage unit for it. It feels difficult to even speculate, though, because unlike Dusk Vigil, the Grand Cathedral or the Library of the Ancients, it's not obvious what these facilities are or why we'd be going there. Which is really the entire point :V

Though to the point of the OP - personally, I would not be surprised to find out that the "beast tribes" have ties to Allag as well, perhaps as intentionally-created servitors. In fact I've idly wondered about that for a while now - Allag had total control of Aldenard, Ilsabard and Othard, so how did the ancient beast tribes fit into that? Given what we've seen of Allagan behavior and power, they must have been subjects, but in what form?

At about 6:42 in the video there is a winged serpentine mob coming out of one of those dust tornados. Possibly related to the Garuda myth?

Does anyone else besides me think that thing is some kind of reworked Sphinx? It does kind of resemble the Greek winged version of it. Or at best a mechanical gryphon given the mouth and legs.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was Gizamaluke they both look very similar. I think there is a flying mount based on this boss too isn't there?

It could be just me but listen to these tracks.
    Flightless Wings Ixal Theme
    Ixal Beast Tribe Theme
    New Dungeon Theme

Some parts of the dungeon music sound a bit similar to the Ixal Theme, especially around 5:02->5:22 Almost like a Techno remix of it

We see more of that sort of monster with the Vanu Vanu (and there are plenty of Vanu Vanu in that dungeon too), so it's very likely a Beast Tribe daily mount.
