This. Right here. I agree with this quote. SMN's get the needed tweaks they need to be more viable as DPS units themselves AND get access to Bahamut's powers... and still people get mad?

Great! Too bad this is FFXIV, and in this game, Bahamut uses that move in the hardest raid in 2.## series. So yeah, Bahamut uses it, now you use it, hype. Theres more to it than just the effects/shiny, its the move's relationship with THIS game, the fact we get another bursty move and how it connects us even closer to one of the best primals in the game.Yes, I can see it now! Its just sitting there on my hotbar at my disposal! Cant wait to be doing 999,999,999 and blasting away half the battlefield...oh wait I guess people have never played warcraft, this ability is called "moon fire" and is learned at level 10 for druids.
Whether or not a similar move is in another game is a poor excuse to write it off. You'd be bored of almost of every job ability. Nothing is now exciting because its all been done. wah.
Seriously. Folk want Summoner to show more of a relationship with primals and BOOM Dreadwyrm Trance! AhkMorn!
And even with that and the promise of some system like egi-glamor, which then rules out any reason of X-Primal being usable, folk are still mad. Yall just don't like Summoner. Stop trying to break the job for those of us who actually play it. -____-

Can you point out what tweaks exactly make my class more viable and able to do more damage? You mean to tell my mana issues are now fixed? My suicidal pet that wants to die or attack random enemies iam not attacking is covered? My sub par aoe dps is covered?
Lets see check list
Bahamut Ghost face - check
Druids Moonfire - check
Tri-disaster being renamed to Tri-Bind - check
Oh I must have been blind, this fixes everything, what do I know what Iam talking about.
Oh wait Scholars getting shell and they still whine! (see I can do that too)
Cast in the name of god, ye not guilty
