Party Members still have to be at a decent rnk above the rnk of the gear the NMs drop....which was my point. Finding higher-rnked people to form a NM pt when you're a new to the community isn't so easy.

On Rab, there is an inordinate amount of people doing raptor parties between 30-40.

You don't have to kill R30 NMs as a rank 50. You can make a party of rank 30 players and kill them just fine.

It's not like I can make a party of rank 70 players when I kill Dodore, Great Buffalo, Uraeus, or Batraal.
