*sigh*

I just wish we could have gotten at least some more information on this... BLM got such an in-depth view of how it's going to work, we just get some confusing stuff that is really hard to picture without seeing it.

Reading the translations thread helped with understanding it a little more, but they said that you will be able to "execute a high damage weapon skill" when you have 5 stacks of Chakra... then on the additional attacks they mention another attack that consumes GL, so I'm not sure if that one uses or need any Chakra too, or... I don't know.

They should have expanded on the "change stance" ability too, cause it doesn't tell us anything about how it will work, how often you can use it etc. Would be nice to be able to actually get the DK debuff on first rotation after losing GL stacks for example, which you would be able to do if you could change to the right stance before using it.

Overall, even though I'm still left confused, I like the direction they're going with not just making it easier to hold onto GL stacks. I wanted them to make it "easier" to keep them during downtime, or make it easier to regain them, but this approach is actually better.

Also, like have been mentioned, sacrificing your GL stacks would never be worth it, unless you would lose them right after anyways, which is the meaning of that attack. So it doesn't have to be strong enough to use when you have full up-time on the boss/enemy (would have to be a damn strong attack), it just have to do enough damage to keep up with the other melee DPS that doesn't suffer nearly as much during downtime.
