Warning do not download the add-on for heavensward on console

the code you received when you went to the preorder website is used on psn store, if you enter that code on PSN at the redeem code section it will download the add-on however this will cause you not to be able to play the game and give an error code. I made the mistake of doing this thinking that i could redeem it already. Dont make my mistake but wait for SE to send you a message or a response from the devs on here

Heres a question for u to think on y does psn recognize the code in the first place as there is nothing there to download yet it should have came up as invalid

Okay since that was cleared up, try waiting til the day that the Early Access actually works to download that add-on...that could be what stops the game from working...cause there isn't access to the EA yet.

Greetings, all! We are still looking into this to try to find a better resolution than deleting and reinstalling the game. It's certainly a timely process that we would like to avoid, although it will resolve this problem for people who are already affected. Currently, we have determined that this is only impacting EU customers, since they have access to the pre-orders right now. If I have additional information to share, I will be sure to provide it.

If you do need to reinstall, you can either do so directly from the disc or from the PSN library while making sure not to select the Heavensward add on. You should be able to download that again separately in the future.

huh i just entered mine and got the code accepted , of corse i didn't download it though thanks tot his warning, but thats odd how this is only for the EU, i hope this dosnt affect our early access or pre-order bonuses i'm keeping an eye here for up to date news
