Either that or they actually have a market for it right now, but many of us just don't need it (mostly players who started early, from what I understand it's a little harder to make money now).

I think in that situation (easy to make in-game money) they'd just sell more for the same cost, or the same amount for cheaper.

Yesterday I saw a retainer in the Ul'dah market wards nicknamed "RMT"... Now... This player is more than likely not an RMT since most of them probably aren't that stupid, but needless to say, this person should be banned regardless. Support/advertising for RMT in-game is NOT HELPING US and should be stopped.

Firstly, I'm not pro-RMT. RMT, however, will never be abolished. Why? Because the community is always two steps ahead of the developers.

I've never seen a gaming community fail because they "banned too many RMT or players suspected of RMT activites" XD

The reason for his fail is that I "need to get over myself" when clearly this issue is not about me, it's about promoting a healthy community.
