Nothing hostile about it. My luck at winning roles shouldn't be dictated by the poor luck of others. Tokens will fix this problem just fine.

This is completely aside from the fact that this would only contribute to character data bloating which square has been vehemently against doing. They've shut down numerous requests for features because it would enlarge our character data. A feature like this would require extra storage for each character, and how much would depend on how many categories of roles are recorded.
