Although I disagree with blatant vote kick abuse, the "it's my $10 a month attitude" is an incredibly selfish one to take, since it's technically "our $70 a month" too.

But that's just it, you aren't paying for their subscription so you have no say in how they play. And it's not 'our $70' as much as it's 'your $10'. I routinely wait for people to watch cutscenes because it's only decent to give them that time. We were all in that spot, running content for the first time. It's only fair to let them have their few minutes of movies. It isn't hurting anyone.

Vote Kicking someone for watching a cutscene is also considered harassment as it doesn't fall under the criteria of offenses used to justify it.
