Never ran into a situation where tanks disagree or quarrel among themselves on who is MT or ST.

Saves alot of time and grief
This is how it used to be in MMO's in general but it seems like the art of discussion was lost. Raiding wise the Tanks would discuss amongst themselves who will do what job and people would also discuss their own roles if needed but in the age of PuG "I want my loot then i will leave" raids nobody gives a crap they will just struggle through a messy unorganized ball of stress to get to what they need. There is often a really long delay at the start while all three Tanks just look at each other until somebody pulls they could probably use this time to talk about jobs for the raid and damn well stick with them. Not say "I'm OT" and then start trying to pull the boss.

The Japanese players still have that sense of the whole instead of the self in a lot of situations so they organize things so everything is done as quick as possible without arguments. It's sort of funny how much more bitching happens on western servers in runs because everyone has to wave their e peen around and be billy big spuds.
