Felt their brand was just getting larger based on the fact they are publishing so many games now coming from Edios. Sure a rebranding couldn't hurt too much, though just being called Square is rather plain, but could work. I would like it as Squaresoft, but might be looking for a name the represents different things such as toys and movies.

Pretty much, Very few people use "Soft" in their names anymore besides people like Microsoft who are so large branded that they would never change their name.

Lolz, I have multiple 50's why do you care what I list as my main character?
I'm deleting all of them and transfering their gil all over to a new character once I can play as a Female Roegadyn which is what my presented main character on the forums is supposed to indicate.

Normally i would agree with this idea,
But Enix ...
I would be very displeased to see this name lost.
It would be dishonorable and disrespectful.
it is ENIX.

Maybe go take a look at the list of games Enix made before Square swallowed em up eh?>
It would be an even tilt to say that Enix should just drop Square and rebrand as Enix.

This could be a good move if its true, because everyone know since the merger with Enix thier games have been going down hill, "Square" would make some people think they dropped Enix, or dissolved the company which could bring confidance that they know Squaresoft made better games and Enix had been holding them back.

I would be all for this rebrand.
