Lolz, I have multiple 50's why do you care what I list as my main character?
I'm deleting all of them and transfering their gil all over to a new character once I can play as a Female Roegadyn which is what my presented main character on the forums is supposed to indicate.

Takashi Tokita Is head of D7 at SE
Hiroyuki Ito still works there
Yoshinori Kitase Is a Manager of PD1 at SE
Tetsuya Nomura, Kazushige Nojima, and Yusuke Naora are all working on the FFXIII Games
Shinji Hashimoto is still there.
Toshiyuki Itahana I believe is still there.

This is exactly how I feel about it. I'd be all for the name change, if it meant Enix was splitting off from them and becoming their own entity again. At least then we might see some shiny Enix IPs getting some love. I like the FFs as much as anyone else I suppose, but the amount of series that get to play 3rd chair to them is just sad, and it seems to me that Final Fantasy is all the Square side has been interested in tricking out for the last... oh, decade or so?

This could be a good move if its true, because everyone know since the merger with Enix thier games have been going down hill, "Square" would make some people think they dropped Enix, or dissolved the company which could bring confidance that they know Squaresoft made better games and Enix had been holding them back.

I would be all for this rebrand.
