I know almost 2 dozen people who have said they want an Ex version because the current version was too easy, and that's just in my FC alone and it was hardly a FC census or anything. Seriously, we beat it on the first try and have barely done it since other than helping FC mates get a clear. So please do try to only speak for yourself.

Really? She WAS speaking for herself. She said that the duty finder queues are long for this fight because no one wants to do it anymore. Part of the reason why it is such a long wait for people that want to clear it, you said yourself, because your FC (And others who have cleared it) barely run it anymore. Telling her to speak for herself when she obviously WAS speaking for herself sounds like a reason for you to post on the forums about how great you and your FC are at a video game. Congrats. Your post, on the other hand, again...was just a post to let the struggling player know that you and your amazingly elite free company beat this on the fist try and no longer run it. She is stating that no one runs the content anymore, and you reiterate this by acknowledging that you never run said content anymore. Why would you tell someone to speak for themselves when you are simply echoing her issue? Pretentious much? Maybe, just maybe, if the fight had decent drops people would run it, but it doesn't so people don't spend time on it. The fact people don't run it has absolutely nothing to do with the difficulty of the fight, which is what AsahinaMyLove specifically mentioned. Specifically saying no one wants to fight him due to the difficulty. I specifically offered a countering opinion that said difficulty wasn't the problem, and offered valid points for that. I also request that she not make blanket statements that it's too hard because for many it isn't. Instead of having a reasonable adult discussion you saw fit to rage out as If I'm some a** because I offered a differing opinion and backed it up with personal observations. It wasn't some elitist comment on my part. It was a direct and specific refutation of the claim made by Asahina. YOU however have chosen to be a giant a** and completely ignored how my comment was ENTIRELY RELEVANT as a response and was in no way shape or form an ego trip on my part. You even seem to think I echo her issue when I quite clearly do not. I've never thought this fight was hard, and that was her concern. You sir need better reading comprehension skills.

I just beat it in my 1st time melee dps in a random group that was struggling through it with only 10min left. It was really easily i was choked how easily it was given the fact that it is item level 95 to enter. I love Odin and would to see an EX version for more vanity items

problem is via DF to many try to odin with the bare minimum ilvl makes it difficult at the dps race phase... heck ive seen tanks die in the 1st 90secs in odin duty lmao still havent completed it from 20+ attempts via df n 3 with a few friends ;/

The ilvl req on that fight is definitely too low for the two hardest mechanics (Sangetail, Zantetsuken). When the fight released we were well into 110 gear and on so the minimum should probably have been 105 to be realistic. 110 had been available for quite a time this fight was added, and 120 available via poe for 3 months as well so putting the ilvl higher would have made a lot of sense. Those two mechanics didn't really come as much of a challenge to anyone with relatively up to date gear and the ilvl should have better reflected those two mechanics and the current progression of gear. Considering the dps check if everyone entered this fight at minimum ilvl you would need to be extremely good at your job to put out the numbers to win. If they really wanted this to target the casual crowd better the ilvl req raise would have achieved that nicely.

personally i dont find it difficult attempted it that much only to fail at dps race.. but agreed i think minimum ilvl needs to be pushed up mayb to 105-110 since thats pretty easy to obtain without alot of effort.. ilvl at bare minimum makes it just to hard for healers to keep up = why so many groups fail
