Four hours sitting in PF with a Turn 7 learning party flag and having the party flux between 2-6 people at any given time for me. But I guess I should bother people by shouting every 30s-1m in Mor Dhona or I'm not trying hard enough. -shurgs-

Go ahead and be sarcastic all you want but it's curious that you feel that the next option is shouting for strangers instead of your own FC. Even more odd, considering you're in balmung, the RP server. One would think all that chatting and socializing that balmung is famous for would make you some friends, especially in your own FC but apparently not.

not everyone in my FC is on at the same time, nor does everyone on Balmung raid. Those that do have been in FCOB since very early on and even after the lockout was removed that ALL people on this server shout for or PF for that isn't about selling runs. So I guess since my work hours and most of my FC members don't meet up all the time I should quit my job to show my sincerity for wanting to clear game content with FC members. Edit: For the record, I would prefer to run with FC members over randoms if given the choice, but my FC is small and most are west coast or EU so times don't line up. I'm getting increasingly frustrated by the simple fact that there is almost always 1-3 people in DF or PF that don't know how to turn away when they have voice on and seem to almost relish in ruining a run.

My FC seems to be about as small as yours, if the actual active members are only about 1/4 of the listed membership. Otherwise we're even smaller than your FC. Mostly EST based but we have one player who not only is on PST but is also on super erratic schedule and logs in when people are done for the day. My current FC is going pretty dead right now (like 5 online at peak times daily) since half of the only group in the fc that goes to fcob unsubbed for a break until HW but we managed to still help this guy out with clearing t10-t12 when the stars align and both him and the fc are active at the same time. Pretty sure we helped him with t5-t9 too.
Now this may offend you quite again but is your FC even thinking about you? When you ask for help and they can't at that moment but will think about it later, do they really mean it?

I doesn't offend me at all, yes they do help when they are online and such it's just the issue of people being online. And the FC is actually only about 9-10 people and a bunch of alts.

Tip for you, as I'm in a small casual FC also (having 5 people on same time is a miracle)
I tend to find groups using the various linkshells, if you can't find one, make one.
Put it on PF see if there's other people that are new and want SCOB/FCOB progression and invite them to join. Though do have to warn some people will leave after they clear but you will find some willing to stay and farm/help others clear.
Friend list those who join, or make a LS before and invite them to it. Keep doing that until you have enough people covering all roles and then organise a day/time you are all on at the same time, party up, enter the duty, practice, profit.
Then each week discuss what days everyone is available, mark those times for practice/progression and there, you have the groundwork for a static.#
