Does anyone else find healers DPS impact on group ironic?

It depends. Against a single target, even a mediocre DPS with a smaller weapon can do more damage than a healer. But for mobs, a healer can do more damage than some DPS, if the mob size isn't so large for the tank that the healer is locked into healing. WHM more so than SCH. But for mobs of 3-6, a SCH who DoTs > Bane > Shadowflare > Blizz2 spams can do some respectable damage.

SCH can do some decent single target DPS also. A good SCH can easily out parse a mediocre DPS with a low level weapon.
