Anyone Else Excited For New Expansions?

To be honest, I hope they don't add a huge desert zone, or have a Desert Based expansion.

I'm really getting tired of Deserts in video games. Just about every Video game released now has a major desert area or is based completely in the desert. Including all the war games.

I've been tired of Deserts since Dust in CS.

I want an expansion that lets you explore a Overgrown Forest eating up ruins that are still inhabited by people.

That overgrown forest idea sounds cool. But to make it interesting, maybe the people should be really xenophobic and hostile until you do a few quests so show them you aren't a bad guy.

So awesome also it would be awesome if Beastmaster and Geomancer was introduced with this expansion as well as enviormental traps withing dungeons..

Now that we're getting airships, the sky is the limit. Bring on the cloud cities like Bhujerba in FFXII.

No expansion pack is coming ANY TIME SOON.

Getting back to this, between Memoria and Promyvion I love the way SE laid out these two areas. It gave off an empty vibe yet the area scenery, with it's great selection of music, made it seem very calming. I'd love to see another repeat of this area type.

These are like the best zones..

I like the idea of an Egyptian style theme or at least a desert (hills of sand) as opposed to Thanalan's desert (barrens). Blue Mage is tied as my favorite job along with Red Mage so that's definitely a plus for this idea also.

ya and it doesnt have to look like thanalan, the sand can be white, red, or even black. There can be alot of water that is ankle deep that splashes when we run through it.. or whatever, i know SE has a good imagination..
