

 
			
			
				I'd imagine it will go fast > riot > new. I mean it might be able to combo off an uncombo'ed riot blade, but that would be weird. And would be even weirder for it to not combo off a combo'ed riot blade.Considering that Riot Blade was used right before it, I'm pretty certain it is part of a Combo. The question I have is if it combo's straight off of Riot Blade (Riot Blade -> New Attack) or if Riot Blade needs to be prepped first (Fast Blade -> Riot Blade -> New Attack).
 
			
			
				You can't Halone off an uncombo'd Savage, so I don't see any reason this would be able to combo off an uncombo'd Riot.
The main reasons Rage of Halone requires a prepped Savage Blade is to make the whole Fast Blade -> Savage Blade -> Rage of Halone (1475 enimity per GCD) Combo viable over just doing Savage Blade -> Rage of Halone (1762.5 enmity per GCD if Savage didn't need to be prepped).
Fast Blade -> Riot Blade -> New Attack and Riot Blade -> New Attack could both be viable combos.
