Alot of things were voted on & hence the changes being made because of the majority of votes from players all over the world.

Besides, even if the claim system is implemented it can change if SE realise the
players hates it so bad or there's a major problem with it.

I did both polls. And we NEVER got the option of voting for a new claim system or keeping our current one. Show me proof.
