$rch$ge was a great game until the developers stopped caring on it and made it pay to win, and didn't balance any of the classes out and didn't fix the bugs like clipping through boats with melee attacks and made ranged classes much better in almost every way.
Final Fantasy has much better classes/gameplay/balance/interesting mechanics for skills.
I admit I actually enjoyed Archeage, however at the very end when they made everything based off how much you swipe your credit card and how lucky you are (10% chance to get necklace you want or it fails, downgrades back down to 4..)
Ah, never played Age of Wushu. However, I don't like not being able to be a Knight or a dude in full armor.
Another problem with Archeage, was its aoes were extremely limited and a lot of skills had their abuse removed, unlike final fantasy where I can hit infinite targets with my aoes.
You know something is wrong with your game when people are selling a sword for 2000$ and its stats (damage) are 4 times better then the average players.
The mechanics of the game itself though and the ideas it had were spot on. The held back and dull gameplay, lack of balance, bugs however killed it.
