    I guess it has some use for the Relic quest then? I've never had anything to spend it on since I never bothered with that. :V

    Yep. Relics are very soldiery intensive. x4 Spring Water at 1600 each, 9 books at 500 each, 75 alexandrite at 400 apiece (you can get these elsewhere too, but still), and the quenching oil and Thavnairian Mist to get Zenith. :3
