    On a side note, if anything, the skimpy clothing has really shown off how detailed and realistic the character models are. I'm impressed!

    Yeah, I know, but it still doesn't stop me from wanting to make them aware that western players want something different to go along with what the Japanese are used to. I'd just like some variety, so I'm hoping for a dev response on this like the other thread for the ladies got.

It will make them stick harder to their opinion regardless of whether or not it's right, and think less of your opinion simply because you insulted them.     I think the male "bikinis" are fine, but I see a lot of guys don't like them much (they are awfully sexy compared to the average guy's swimwear, lol), so I'm all for something more like swim trunks for next year!

    . . . so long as the ladies get a cute tankini with a bit more coverage, or something less sexy/skimpy too. It is only fair.

    I imagine it would be something more subtle for the ladies in the future, kind of like what XI had. They had a bikini bottom but it was also somewhat covered a bit by a skirt. I do love the new bikinis, but in the next event I do hope they can work out something better for both races.
