    don't focus on HQing until you get to 50. Focus on making as many recipes for the first time as you can, for the bonus exp.

    Actually, I found that doing HQ for the triple turn in leaves was the fastest way to level.

    Usually, courier leves are the fastest (time/leve). Triple turn-ins are the best exp (exp/leve). Just depends on how many allowances you have lying around.
