I think you need someone to Type them for you and you can copy them from your chat box.

I'm not sure if you can copy & paste on PS4. If you can, I can create a character to send them for you (if world is not full & you're online).

You can hook up and mouse to the ps4 and copy and paste that way. That being said, yes, you do need to wait for someone else to type it. Then you can copy it and use it in a macro.
