There are people who are playing on laptops from 2008, get 10-20 fps tops with with the graphics set to the absolute minimum. And people think the console versions are holding things back? Have people thought this through?

BTW, running it on the PC at framerates will cause the various physics animations used in the game to run much quicker. Which is why it's probably best to leave V-Sync enabled. Otherwise your game could be considered to be "uglier" than the various console implementations.

Any one version of the game is not responsible for holding back another. That's why the game looks and runs much better on the PS4 and the PC than on the PS3.

I now have all three versions of the game. My PC is a 2010 MacPro (24 cores @ 2.66Ghz) w/ 32GB of RAM and a GTX 680 graphics card. I can tell you that the frame rate fluctuates more than the PS4 version, and @ 2460x1440 at maximum settings will run slower than the PS4 version when a lot of characters on screen. Running on High (Laptop) handles a large character count considerably better, but obviously doesn't look quite as good as the PS4 version. Though truth be told, the difference isn't THAT noticeable. I usually have no idea what graphics pre-set the game is running at unless I open the graphic settings and look for myself.
