The point I was getting at was FFXI didnt make you get to max level and complete all of the main city's story missions to unlock the new jobs. You only had to get to level 30.

If someone buys a combo pack, they should get to play the new jobs. Maybe not at level 1, but at a fairly early level. It shouldnt be higher than the current jobs' requirements.
