It'll stay there in ur mogdtation account till u use it.
Upon downloading it'll ask u if u r sure u want to download it etc.
Then u proceed to download the game and patches then boot it up and ur ready to play again.
So u can use that download code on any ps4 but once used its forever binded to it.
