I should be clearer. I don't see why it *should* be the first suggestion. That is, people doing the roulette should have patience for newcomers. If you want tomestones that badly, go do something else that will get them faster. Otherwise, deal with the fact that you're in one of the most story-heavy dungeons and let people enjoy their story.

And when all the impatient people start going elsewhere for those quick tomes, new people can enjoy an hour or more wait to get into the dungeon to begin with.

The last two dungeons of 2.0 are the only ones with a massive pile of cutscenes in the middle of them, and I don't think SE will give us any more zones with 15 minutes of cutscene in the middle.

So, CM and Praetorium will be in the same boat (on a much calmer sea, so to speak) as T5, which is pretty easy to get a group for because people love getting the tome bonus. Because there will always be people out there who only need a few hundred more and want variety.

I agree with your second part, though. I think they've seen how many people are turned away by people being jerks about cutscenes and decided not to do it anymore.

The sad thing is that people will be jerks about cutscenes for all sorts of reasons. While FCOB was on lockout, I had cleared T12 or had just started/in last phase (I don't remember). I remember though, mainly, that the cutscene right before is pretty long. 10+ min. So a few of us had been there and a few others hadn't even cleared T11 yet. People wanted to practice it because it was Monday night 9pm PST. The response to seeing people in cutscenes? "Hey could you skip it? It's like 10 min let's get our practice in."
