90K connection issues when playing FFXIV

I'm getting serious latency issues with NPC's freezing up during dialogue, PC's running a few feet, stopping, running some more, stopping, to the point where I can't play anymore. Then getting the dreaded Error 90k :\

ISP:
Verizon Fios, United States, New York.

Type of Internet Connection:
Wireless(also I checked and reset my router and internet connection, and have played the game since 1.0 without problems like these too often.)

Internet Connection Speed:
50/50 Mbps.

Date & Time:
April 3rd, 2015. All morning.

Exactly the same thing, since the latest patch.

Lags, Freezes, Server Connection Lost. Everything. The game itself gone unplayable.
