90K connection issues when playing FFXIV

Steps:
I can’t do anything in-game without 90king. Not solo play, not group play. Not crafting, not gathering, not leveling my chocobo. Not anything. It’s becoming a problem for my static as we’re trying to learn and advance in the Final Coil of Bahamut. I’m the group’s WHM and having me constantly and randomly 90king is a huge inconvenience.

In an attempt to rectify the problem, I've also purchased a $200 router (which I'm wired directly into), have replaced my ethernet card, and purchased a new ethernet cable. My boyfriend plays as well, in the same room, and doesn't have any 90k issues.

Steps:
It doesn't matter what I'm doing or when I'm trying to play. I can be crafting or questing or just standing still, usually about 15 to 30 seconds after I log in I start lagging terribly and then I get disconnected with a message that says "Connection with the server was lost" and in the bottom right side of the box it says 90000. This problem started about 2 weeks ago and before that I never had an issue trying to play the game. I've tried playing while plugged into the internet directly, and I still have major lag issues and occasionally get the 90k issue.

Steps:
Running, standing still, going into and during combat, it happens at any possible time under what seems to be any possible circumstance. Only ever a brief lag spike if the 90000 disconnect error occurs when I am in combat, otherwise it is just an instant disconnect.

To be honest, the disconnect is nowhere near as bad as the thirty second wait time to log back in. May be trivial in open world areas, but outright horrible when you're forced out of a major fight for thirty seconds.

Between 4-6pm get worst, get 90000 error and lag anywhere, whatever I'm doing, even if just reading the market, talking with a pal or just running, then the server kick me out, try to log-in and get 2002 error and the main lobby close. I switched the modem and nothing changed.
I'm waiting for tech support on my IPS to change street cables, hoping that may work.
