Level Cap Increase

The only reasons I can think of are the same reasons not to gate the expansion content behind the MSQl; it's 40+ hours or so if you skip reading and watching cutscenes, double that if you want to follow the story. But since they are already gating the expansion behind the MSQ, and that will be the only place where being 51+ matters, I could see them adding in a level cap increase quest.

and what is your source for this, last i heard only access to Ishgard was revealed to be gated behind finishing 2.55 MSQ.
