A couple Questions

How do I use a Limit Break? and are they a group use item or a person specific use item? What I mean by that is if the gauge is full and I use it do other people use their gauges as well or if I use it does it use the groups limit break? That being said how do I know if it's being used (other then obviously the bar being emptied) and when I should use it?
