Yep... our character totally didn't see that phial. And all the important world leaders were totally not in one place at the same time. And we totally didn't suspect anything suspicious when we were pulled away from such an important meeting to find someone who never turned up. Totally non suspicious.

But seriously, the minute I picked up that phial we KNEW something was going down. We KNEW poison was involved, we just didn't know who. My original thought was that the food at the banquet was poisoned, but even so I would have ensured that NO ONE enjoyed drink or food until the matter was resolved. But nope, my Lalafell has to be a world-class level of stupid and not inform anyone. Seriously?
I think that's one of the biggest red flags around, and if my character didn't see it coming she's as blind as a mole in sunglasses.
