I could see Raubahn as a dark knight trainer. Kinda get the feeling the aura is more than just for effect.

And I never really like Ul'dah... now atleast I have a better reason to keep avoiding it.

I cannot see this when I speak to him, I guess as I don't have pally to 50? Or it's fake? I hope it's not of course, but I'm not sure at all as I haven't heard anyone else mention it.

I can confirm it, he does say it. Which means either lies are being fed to the people that she's ill, or that she still lives (PLEASE let it be this).

I can confirm, but....

along with other flavour text from around uldah, that appears to be the "public view" of what has happened, I.E everyone who was not in the room, was told that.

The entire deal after finishing MSQ is that the Monetarists/Brass Blades are keeping everything under wraps to avoid civil war or a war of succession. So they spread lies about her being sick and that the hero made an attempt on her life or something.

The entire MSQ reeked of foreshadowing, I was expecting things to go down but my GOD, i did not expect things to escalate that fast!

In my PoV, starting at Uldah, and how Nanamo referrenced that first encounter and how she wished to continue that friendship, made my "omgshegunnadai" sensors go bright red, and how much I wanted to be wrong bout that.

This wasnt like Moenbryda, I had no time establish a liking, even though I did like the Warrior Scholar thing she had going. Nanamo was there since day 1 I started. I was looking forward to the change she was bringing, and she had to poof at the last moment D;

The alleged big bad we were expecting to be Teleji got DESTROYED, FATALITIED, EVISCERATED, and omg, the Fury of a Hero is without equal.

The whole ending scenes were awesome, cant wait for Heavensward, great job SE and Yoshi-P

Something they should know won't work, by now we've helped so many people that the public thinks we can do no wrong.

Talk to Ul'dah Guildmasters and trainers, and you'll find all of them believe in you or were told by people you didn't do it. Talk to the Immortal Flames guy (Swift) and he outright mentions they know you didn't do it, and they'll be quietly planning for a counterattack in the future. Leave it to the villains to try to frame a legendary hero.

Was I the only person disappointed with the lack of the player characters agency within these cut scenes?

There's several points where it honestly feels like the PC who by this point has stopped several foes was treated as, well, inconsequential. ...

I just slayed a dragon, how much are these guards being paid to fight me? I feel it just leaves several mixed messages in terms of the character's status in the world.

I was playing WHM. "Are you serious?!

You're going to let the sultana die from poisoning in front of a WHM? And then you're going to ignore the part where the lady in waiting serves the drinks and not the hero? And then conveniently half the Crystal Braves follow your suit? And then the Warrior of Light can't handle a dozen rass Blades like they have been doing for over 70 ilevels now? Yda and Paps I get, Yshtola and Thancred was a long stretch. But then Milfillia...

I was thinking did the dragon sap all my powers again?
