yes!Mmm something along those, I guess lol. The consoles are set systems with processing/graphical hardware that does not change from its specs. This means that devs can tailor patch files to these specific systems hardware to reduce the size needed, compared to the much higher potential of PC hardware. There's other variances, such as system files, but that's the general idea of it.
PC version has uncompressed textures. (HD textures)
The console versions have compressed textures.
