GMT is a universal time zone and by definition it never changes. The ingame clock shows either server time (which is always GMT) or local time (which depends on your system settings and takes DST into account). As of 1AM on Sunday morning, UK is on BST and not GMT, but server time remains GMT. Not Square's problem if you didn't notice the clocks going forwards and are now confused about the difference between local and server time, every other timezone has to deal with a server/local time discrepancy, now you get to experience the same thing for the next six months.

It's not like GMT is even local time for the servers, they're all US-based, but servers tend to be set to GMT precisely because it's universal and leads to less confusion when trying to coordinate stuff across different timezones.
