Well, just for clarity's sake, it's not like, on the same servers they have now, they can just crank up unlimited subdivisions now at no performance cost. It's just that they came up with a more efficient way to add/handle capacity internally. Adding more subdivisions or wards would still mean adding more servers. They said in the past that they'd be willing to do that to meet demand, but right now I think they're focusing more on the expansion and free company crafting. Adding more capacity would follow logically after that.

I think the biggest issue is the fact that all the servers appear to be exact replicas of each other, creating a big disparity between the busy servers and the lighter ones. I don't know if it must be that way or not, but if so, it would probably make sense to offer emigration incentives.
