    You can squeeze into a Character capped server during the odd times when its available. I'm on Balmung, and I get maybe 5 RMTs a day. As in a 12 hour weekend play day.

    Of course, that's not practical or helpful at all.

    I had no idea it was so bad on the less populated servers.

    A white list seems impractical, though I wonder if allowing friends to whisper people who are busy would be a desirable quick fix.
