Look them up on Lodestone to figure out what server they're from, and include that information.
This is a dangerous advice as a lot of players share the same name on different servers. make sure this is the right guys lodestone page or if you have any doubt then dont report.
You can easily counter this by looking up what data cluster your server falls under, then look for the offending player's name on that cluster.
Report. Kick. Move on.
Pretty much all you can do.
Or better yet if you're with some like minded people, waste his time :P
step 1: Do a Search Info check on the player in game. THEN match that info with the info on their lodestone page.
If you STILL find more than one person with the exact same info on two different servers (which is very unlikely) then include both of them but give a time stamp. GMs aren't robots, they can look into it and see which of the two was actually there.

It's not hard to differentiate between two people of the same name on different servers - very few, if any, will look the same or have the same title. You can also compare class levels.
Your step 1 only works if the offender is from the same server than you which is unlikely as he comes from a DF.
In step 2 you say that its rare to find 2 players sharing the same name on two different servers. No. At least 30 players share the same name and design with me.
If the offender s name comes to be Zell Dincht or so then the Lodestone will return you one player per server.

Most of them having a lot of jobs they can be displayed with a different job. Not talking about those wearing helmets, using Fantasia or being the usual female miqotes...
And for SE GMs not being bots , each time i sent a ticket i got a standard answer. I requested to talk to a GM by chat once and he was odd (he made a confusion between my name and the name of the guy i reported at least twice)
If one would kick every leecher in CT/ST/WoD, one would run it with 5 people max.
You can't enter with less than 8 people, if you were able to do that you probably wouldn't meet those people in the first place as you don't need 8 in turn 4 these days. Because of you don't need 8 people you can just roll through it while AFK.
Just let the dreadnaught kill the AFK person, that way the gear won't spiritbond.
Had an issue like this in CT - Alliance A was full of bots. The rest of the raid had to step up - help dps A's vassago, man the towers, stand on their pad, etc... It was brutal. Vote kick a whole Alliance? Yes, please!
