    the event for the moonlet earring was still within the 15 months long "extended free month". Sub didn't start before january 2012.

    Yeah, before I had a computer that could handle FFXIV 1.0's derpyness, after I didn't, so it was either lag horribly and not be able to really even do anything because of said lag, or wait for 2.0 (least now I built my own PC so I can enjoy the game in max settings, now waiting for higher textures because the ones we have are... Not good, is the politest thing I can say about them I guess).
