What do i need to run to find poetic tomes? Is the world of darkness found in the duty finder? Who has the 3 weekly quests?

Thank you very much for this information this i\will help me go far for awhile. I am mostly looking for aggro gear i perfer to main tank in runs so even if i have to side tank i can take over really quick.
