Title Restoration for 1.0 Achievements

I'm very pleased to hear you haven't forgotten about us!
I've been through my achievements and I have every title associated with them. Perhaps I'll look through my personally archived old lodestone profile to see if any actual achievements were missing.

Did exactly as advised in this thread and the GM told me they cannot help me, and I should submit a bug report on the forum using a template.

Why is it difficult to fix when the in-game achievement list says I have a title unlocked, should I not have that title?

If I'm reading this right... The same thing is happening to me.

Even when I do what the GM posted/suggested, I can't submit a report. Everything is grayed out. It won't let me choose a category or type anything.

When I logged in today to check on the status of my report, there was nothing in the "History" section of my Support Desk page. My report was there yesterday until I logged off. There was no reply to it, and my titles haven't been restored. Should I submit the report again?

Edit: Nevermind! About 5 minutes after I logged in, a reply popped up and everything was listed again under the history tab. o.O

Same thing is happening to me.

Click around the title and body elements until they start working. That form has been buggy from day 1, but clicking around always works for me, it only takes me 1 click on body field and then title to make it work.

Are we able to do this support ticket via the website? Since I am at work and wouldn't be able to submit a request until much later if I am forced to do it in game.

Finally! I actually just got a worrying GM message yesterday to the general effect of "missing 1.0 titles are no longer being restored". I responded with Enkrateia's previous post on the subject but haven't heard back since. Glad there's still work going on behind the scenes to fix this.

Greetings, meteor survivors.

We definitely appreciate all the hard work you put into your characters from the start of FINAL FANTASY XIV leading up to the time that Dalamud came inevitably crashing down on Eorzea, and it’s come to our attention that there are still cases where special titles achieved during this time period are not showing up properly.

If you’ve been affected by this and would like to restore your titles, as long as you have the achievement logged, you can contact a GM in-game and they will be happy to assist you with your request. Some of you may have made a request for this in the past, but were not able to obtain it from the GMs due to it not having been saved in your character data through the proper process. Please contact the GMs for this as well, and they will review the cases again to see if additional assistance is possible.
