    Just a tip, if you transferred worlds after 1.0 and/or changed character names, include that information in the ticket. They will most likely reply back to ask you.

    Mine were restored yesterday; I used the website method. It was done on 25th (afternoon) so about 1 day and half turn around time.

    Thank you very much for the detailed description on how to get our missing titles from 1.0 back.

    I did it today and it took less than 2 hours from the time i sent an in-game ticket to the support desk and they did an investigation, until i got another message that my titles have been restored. Didn't even have to logout. ^_^
