You know what would be great? The option to use *ONLY* a Forename

I just wish we could set up the UI in game to only display character first names. Instead of First name + Initial, or just initials, or First initial+ Last name.
Not sure why this isnt an option for that ^^;

Just take what you've done with the surname, and do it with the for forename instead. Some people will just add duplicate letters in anyway because they 'really must have that name'. And let's not forget about adding Xs to the name, or thier own nationality.

Accented letters are out, iirc. That's opening up another can of worms right there.

It doesn't work, then! Not even joking, I did a DF run of a dungeon a while back, can't remember which dungeon, but was with a friend of mine. The other two players were Clouddhd Strife and Clouddd Strifeeee.
