Title Restoration for 1.0 Achievements

Greetings, meteor survivors.

We definitely appreciate all the hard work you put into your characters from the start of FINAL FANTASY XIV leading up to the time that Dalamud came inevitably crashing down on Eorzea, and it’s come to our attention that there are still cases where special titles achieved during this time period are not showing up properly.

If you’ve been affected by this and would like to restore your titles, as long as you have the achievement logged, you can contact a GM in-game and they will be happy to assist you with your request. Some of you may have made a request for this in the past, but were not able to obtain it from the GMs due to it not having been saved in your character data through the proper process. Please contact the GMs for this as well, and they will review the cases again to see if additional assistance is possible.

Too bad we kinda have to sort it out and see if we did have missing titles here and there. At least it's a start. ^^

Just tried to do it and my support desk is bugged, I can search for topics then hit the file report button and get nowhere, then I tried reporting a bug via support desk which didn't work.

Close to giving up here.

Since we do not have a FAQ dedicated to this at this time, the best means of submitting a call about this is by taking the following steps:

1. In the System menu, select "Support & Information".
2. Search for "Achievement" in the FAQ. This will not yield any results.
3. Press the "Support Team" button to submit a GM Call.
4. For question 1, choose "In-Game". For question 2, choose "Other".
5. For the type, put in something along the lines of "1.0 Achievements".
6. In the body, list the achievements you feel that you should have on your character that are not currently there.
7. Select "Finish" to review the call details. Select "Send" if the details are correct.

If I'm reading this right... The same thing is happening to me.

Even when I do what the GM posted/suggested, I can't submit a report. Everything is grayed out. It won't let me choose a category or type anything.

I had the same issue. I couldn't use the dropdowns or type anything into the text boxes. Logging out and then back in solved that for me.

Anyway, I just spoke with a GM and was assured I would get all 4 of my missing titles. I'm so glad this is finally getting resolved. Thank you SE!
