You know, "off with his head" was exactly what I was going to write when I first started, but then I got confused by his speech patterns and thought it could be something else.

As for the prelude thing, you're right, I skipped over 序曲 somehow. Should be "the prelude to the Seventh Calamity/Umbral Era." As in Urianger is appearing before it, because he's directly responsible.

The last part should fully be "This, what you have longed for and sought, this is the only means to save this land." (have to keep 手立てにほかならぬ in somehow)
